Kasih tips ah . Untuk urusan masak yang paling gak boleh dilupa adalah urusan memberi garam. Yang paling hebat dari berbagai resep adalah penggunaan kata secukupnya. Repotkan, memberi garam dengan ukuran kira2…, pasti harus di-icip-icip sampai terasa pas. Nah di bulan puasa ini biasanya ragu apakah masakan yang kita buat sudah cukup bergaram atau belum. Tips yang ini cocok untuk membantu kita mengecek kadar garam dalam masakan berkuah tanpa harus mencicipinya…, jangan sampai batal kan puasanya

Gampang…, setelah memberi garam, sebelum kompor dimatikan cukup ambil setetes kuah dari masakan tersebut. Teteskan pada kuku ibu jari Anda dan perhatikan bentuk keliling tetesan yang menempel pada kuku.

• Tetesan tumpah: masakan belum diberi garam
• Tetesan pecah: masakan belum cukup diberi garam
• Tetesan bulat tidak sempurna: masakan kurang garam, tambah sedikit
• Tetesan bulat sempurna: masakan sudah cukup garam,
  lihat tingkat kecembungan tetesan;
  • datar: perlu ditambah sedikit garam
  • agak cembung: Tidak perlu ditambah garam untuk mereka yang tidak terlalu suka asin.
    Perhatikan bahan masakan yang digunakan, jika bahan makanan bersifat meyerap garam (misal tahu, tempe, kentang) maka harus ditambahkan sedikit garam.
  • cembung sempurna: Tidak perlu diberi garam.

I make again this hat for Dewi. I just rezise the first one. She like it very much. I make with curly wool yarn and circular needle 4 mm. Mix cable stich, purl, and knit only. Comments are off for this post

Make a baby project is one of my favourite. This is my knitting hat in my style :) (cause I work without pattern). It's a gift for my friend baby boy.
I make it with rayon cotton thread in double, circular needle 3.5mm. Comments are off for this post

 I made with rayon cotton thread mix with local cotton thread in different colour. Pinky bandana mix pink rayon cotton and white local cotton, Yellow bandana mix yellow rayon cotton and broken white local cotton. Ribbing with crocheting in shell st. This is an order from Selvi. Fotonya menyusul yaaa belum dicopy dari camdig pokoknya enak deh

Ceritanya masak untuk buka puasa beberapa hari yang lalu, tapi baru sempat posting hari ini. Bulan puasa begini perlu banget punya masakan yang bisa disimpan untuk beberapa kali penyajian. Nah, bikin gulai kacang panjang campur2 ala Yuli deh…, seperti biasalah terinspirasi sama gulai-nya Mama yang isinya campur macem2 tapi tetap enak . Intinya sih bikin sayur gulai, dengan bahan yang ada di dapur/di kulkas serta disesuaikan dengan selera yang mau mengkonsumsinya. Gampang kan

Phew…, my speed of buying yarn actually a “little” bit faster than my speed for working the project Just look at the picture below, that’s some of my yarn collections. Now, it starts to annoy me to manage it neatly . As I don’t have a special room to work with and keep my handcraft item, so I have to manage it without meshing up my home.

Buying container or other household to keep it is not a good answer… and then I got an almost-no-cost idea to solve it Make recycled box from any box I got when buy any product! You just need a box (cereal box, detergent box etc), wrapping paper/old-calendar paper and glue or cellotape.

I work with rayon cotton thread no.10 in double. Baby vest with knitting hook 3.5 mm and the bolero with knitting hook 4.5 mm
